- Request Hospital initial appointment applications
- Complete Hospital reappointment applications
- Complete recredentialing on all the health plans
- Once forwarded to the health plans/hospital we do continuous follow up until loaded in the system as effective
- Provide a username/password to our secure website which will allow the physician/office staff/billing to be able to check status on any health plan/hospital they are wanting to participate on
- Maintain CAQH and NPI
- Provide License/Malpractice/DEA DPS renewal requests every 60 – 30 days & if needed will contact until received and forward to all the plans/hospitals
- As providers receive CME’s we will maintain a spreadsheet on their behalf
